Waiting for refund- premium service fee

I'm new to this board but I desperately need help on getting back my appointment fee of £300 (including two dependants) . I booked for premium service for 5/6/13which was cancelled by me on 13/5/13. I tried calling home office booking dept but they said they cannot advice me on refund and advised me to contact general enquiries but I got same response from them. It's been a month there is no sound of refund. Please help me on this.
