In this case they should not accept my application as I have mentioned on the cover letter have enclosed completed set(lr) form to vary the grounds of existing application ?.

I think the application gets varied when it reaches case worker ?. did I send it at wrong address then should have send it to tier4 as additional documents ? . OMG this is getting so complicated
