Really confused about visa situation please advise.

Hello all,

Can you please look to provide me with some advice required desperately.

I applied for a fiancée visa for my partner September last year which was rejected due to lack of evidence on terms of proof of relationship. I added the proof and appealed the decision an the 19 weeks have nearly passed yet i have heard nothing back. The letter when I submitted the appeal said 3rd July is lastest to hear response. I was hoping to overturn the decision on review but no response thus far.

Does this mean that they have rejected the review also?

Further on from this i decided to go get married in due to this procedure taking so long and hoped the review would be over turned and we can have a English wedding here.

upon my return i lost my job due to redundancies and was out of employment for 2 months. I started work 2 weeks ago again so that is fine but my question is if i cancel the appeal and submit a spouse visa application will the start of the years (initial 4 months pay slips and my new jobs be enough ?. given that I am missing 2 months worth of payslips ?

I have an upcoming appeal hearing next month at first tier tribunal

my question is do we have resubmit old evidence as well as new ? or does the judge have a copy of old evidence ?

If you plan to reapply you need to make sure you have earned 18,600 in total for 12 months when you add four payslips from your new job (CAT B)

If your income doesn't add up to 18,600 then you need to work 2 more months (CAT A)
