hi
what if i submit all the documents required for spouse visa without wedding photos because our wedding photos damaged but we have a lot of photos in each time we spent together

They are not mandatory and do not replace the need for valid marriage cert. But a big family wedding captured on camera, with the groom sitting atop an elephant, might be difficult to disprove as anything other than a genuine union.

Evidence of enduring and intervening devotion from before and after the wedding is more relevant than photos of the actual ceremony.

i have other problem
my husband was married and he devorced 2year befor our marriage caz in our religion the men cac devorce just when he said this word to his wife ex when he said u r devorce so they must separate then my husband did this and was live separatly with his x wife but he obtain the decree of devorce 9 days after our marriage
do think this cause a problem for my apply or no

i only have photos of me and my wife on the wedding(ie no family) is this enough?

The lack of photos of the wedding are irrelevant as your marriage is not legal under UK law.

I think what the moderator is trying to say is that your marriage is legal under islamic law but under the eye of the british law bigamy (entering a marriage whilst still married to someone else) is illegal.

Lucapooka is advising you to apply for a fiancee visa to enter the UK and marry here (within 6 months). Your Algerian marriage certificate is not valid..so don't submit it. After the UK wedding to will have to apply for a spouse extension visa on form FLR(M).
In my opinion it's your only option.

my problem is i have been applied for a student visitor visa (it refused ) and i submited my mrg certificate so they know that im married
can i submit my mrg cert and writ a letter to explaine that we want remarry under the uk law when i get a visa ?
