Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi Everyone,

I am new to immigrationboard. I want to apply Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Currently I am on PSW which is going to expire within 3 months.

I have 200K investment + Maintenance in my own bank in the UK.

People are saying that i can only apply for 50K and business level should be above level 4

My question is:

1. Can I apply under 200K while on PSW ( as I believe it would require less
documents than 50K) or PSW people can only apply under 50K?

2. If I can apply under 200K do I need to set up a business before applying for
a visa?

3. What could be the possible refusals if I apply under 200K? ( I can show
source of funding + Business Plan )

4. I have engineering degree + MBA can I open a warehouse to sell stuff to
retail shops + my online store to sell products to customers ( This would
enable me to use my IT degree developing + maintaining my online store
and MBA to manage my business)

Answers to your questions:

1. Yes you can definitely apply with 200K and you can do any legal business in UK.

2. There is no such requirement however if you do setup a business before applying then that looks more genuine and chances of approval are very high.

3. There cannot be any refusal if you follow the policy guidance

4. With 200K you can sell what ever you want, it doesnt matter if it is level 4 or below level 4
