BRP Enrolment

Hello Experts and Mods,

Wondering if someone can answer these:

1) when enrolling for BRP, do someone has to send passport with the BRP application? application was granted on the basis of Article 8 and due to the time frame of the application, passport just expired last month. Do they still send the expired passport with the BRP Application?

2) Do they have to fill in BRP application form for child under 2 years old? child hasn't got the passport yet as parents just received the passport back from HO after year and a half?

BRP application needs to be sent within 17 working days as it says on the letter received. Your help would be appreciated.
