Tier1 general Application form Doubts

Hi All,

I am applying for the Tier1 general extension on 22-July-2013. When I am filling up the form I am having few doubts on the application form

B.10 - Your Home Office reference Number
- Whether I need to provide the BRP number which is on the right top of the card, or I need to provide any numbers.

B.14 - Home address in UK.
- I have provided the current address, I am staying in this address for last 4 years, but in the application form "if you have lived at the address above for less than 5 Years please provide the previous address" I am was in India Whether I need to provide my India Home address, please confirm it.

B1.5 Telephone Numbers
I am proving the home and mobile numbers is it mandatory to provide the work telephone number.

Could you please provide your inputs for the above queries

B.10 There is no harm in providing reference numbers which will be on your HSMP/Tier 1 approval letters, BRP numbers will have to be provided in a different section

B.14 Yes, please provide your complete previous addresses (including your home address)

B.15 You have to provide your work telephone number, if they have to verify your employment and/or for salary purpose. You will be fine if you provide your telephone numbers/mobile at home.

I haven't received any Tier1 general application approval letter from home office in that case please let me know what to mentioned under this setion
