Employer letter from previous employer

Hi everyone,I'm willing to apply for spouse visa soon under Cat b (12 months)
My previous employer produce for me standard one without annual gross pay
I have been there from 2008- jan 20013 I want to know What he should add to the standard letter the estimated gross pay from April 2012 to April 2013 even I change job on jan 2013 or my gross pay from april2012 to jan 2013 (as shown on the last pay slip)

i have p60 2012-2013 which show my gross pay from the previous employer.

(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in
the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).


Thank u for your quick answer, I read it but I couldn't find what I'm looking for as they say you have to produce employer letter with annual gross pay
What I'm asking what is the annul gross pay when you leave before the end of tax year.
is it the estimated one (1 month*12) or only the months you work for him(my case 10 months) and I want use only the last 3 months pay slips from this employer.
