It is evident that all the above various Leaves to Remain are clearly printed in my passport. More precisely during all this time I have continued to live in the UK with my spouse and children.
Besides, I strongly believe that I should be considered under paragraph 276 of the Immigration Rules (Long Residence) since I have completed 10 years in the UK and have the rightful anticipation of being granted (ILR) Indefinite Leave to Remain under the Rules. However, please find the enclosed herewith a duly completed SET (LR) application together with the requisite photographs and a payment of £991/- along with the following supporting documents;
1. Indian Passports (2 Nos.)
2. Life in the UK Test – Pass Notification – Test Dated, 8th September, 2012
3. Appendix – 1 (Immigration History)
4. Biometric Card
Finally, I submit that I haven’t had any problems completing the period of 10 years and have successfully completed the 10 years legal status in the UK. As a result, I believe that a good judgement ought to be exercised in favour for the following reasons;
1. I have completed 10 years in the UK successfully by achieving various qualifications. And for the purpose I have worked and maintained myself without recourse to public funds.
2. I haven’t had any breaks of legal status and always maintained the immigration rules.
3. I have established a private and family life in the UK and it would be very difficult for me to relocate to any other country after having spent 10 years continuous in the UK.
4. I am a person of impeccable character during all the time that I have spent in the UK.
In view of the above the documentation enclosed would be enough to make a successful application and request you to be kind enough to grant the (ILR) Indefinite Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom. However, should you require any further information in this regard, kindly please do not hesitate to contact me at he below given address.
Thanking you in anticipation of the favourable outcome.
Yours faithfully,
