Just received the citizenship certificate on the ceremony. An envelope is handed out which contains a piece of paper from UKBA, which mentions:
"If, as a British citizen, you wished to travel on a non-British passport it must be endorsed to show that you have right of abode. Otherwise, you might experience difficulty proving your right to be re-admitted to the United Kingdom".
This is very interesting - as Right of Abode is not conferred by that piece of sticker (Certificate of Entitlement). If you are BC you absolutely have RoA which means you are not subject to immigration officer's control. You only have to prove that you are a BC to pass passport control at a port, whatever travel document you are using.
