Generally the parents of applicant can do but policy guideline does not mention clearly whether the same is also applicable to married applicant too? You must inquire from UKBA before proceeding the application.

Generally parents of the applicant can be his sponsor, but I am married, so I am worried can my parents be my sponsor or just my husband can be the one?

your husband can't be your sponsor. Your parents can regardless of whether you are married or not.

Thank you, my parents held money on their account for required period (28 days) but the thing is that account has been opened just one month before and they did't use this account, is it ok? Thanks in advance.
