ILR - PEO visit by Main applicant n PBS dependent for Wife

Hi
I'm in UK under the Tier 1 (General) PBS system since 2008 and planning to apply ILR on Sept. 2013. However I got married in Sept. 2012 and Wife came here as Tier 1 (General) dependent. Her visa also valid until same day as my visa.
Since she is not qualifing the period, we are planning to process PBS (dependent) extension according to the new rule. (I got this information from another forum session).
My question is how I need to book PEO appointment for my ILR and for the wife's PBS dependent extension.
- Is it possible to book single appointment or as soon as finalize my ILR. Means, 2 appointments on same day as morning and evening?

Please explain a best/suitable process on this.
