Returning to UK

Hi

Myself,my son and husband are permanent residents of UK and moved to India in Dec'2011 for a short term due to his work and now we are planning to go back to UK.But my husband unable to come immediately with us due to his work commitments.And our 2 yrs time limit will be only till november'2013 in case to return to UK.Also i'm carrying my 2nd baby now ,so want to go back to UK along with my 1st child before 2years since we left UK as we dont want to loose our PR status.

Please help us ..If i go alone with my child do we need to provide any documents to enter into UK?

But i think we still have time to come back as our stay out of UK has n't exceeded more than 2yrs :( do we still need to apply for a visa as a returning resident?

No letter needed.

Will your child be born in the UK? If yes, then the baby will be a British Citizen from the moment of their birth.

I hope you are able to come back to UK. I too have ILR and i am out of uk for 1 year and 10 months. Now, i want to return to uk.
