My friend appealed in Feb. She was due to be heard today 19th July, and I was going with her as well.

She got a letter yesterday afternoon saying new date is 8th November!!

Did they clarify any reason for that on giving new date of hearing?
Many Regards

Mr. Sad:
Mate do not stress yourself with a long waiting period. I would advise to get back to the previous job you were on because your appeal extends your PSW under 3(D) until the final judgment is made. Don't invest money until you get visa!

I believe that every thing happens for a reason.

thanks for advise.

But some time its quite difficult to stay at same job under section 3C.
Management always found you as a guilty Party ( unreliable ).

they don't have any thoughts about the employee the always think the firm needs to run smooth.

Sorry I'm only just getting back. They said 'lack of court time'.

However, she managed to complain and they heard her!! They gave her 30th July, so she's actually done the appeal now.
