Applying child tax credit and wife visa

I have got ILR and my 2 kids got their British passport and applying for my wife visa from abroad as her leave expire as a dependent while she was there.

I'm applying for the child benefit and child tax credit and need advice if that will create problem to have my wife visa sorted or anything ??

No, though the benefits cannot be counted towards the financial requirement for the spouse visa.
