ILR- Falling short of one day as my VISA expires

Hello there,

I entered UK on 8/4/2010. I have valid visa till 10/3/2015. Company doesnt agree for my VISA extension. Considering the above dates, am i still eligible to apply for ILR as my VISA expires a month before.

When i calculate the difference between the above dates in the date and time website, it says 29 days....

To add on the VISA was valid from 25/03/2010 but i travelled on 8/4/2010. Its a Tier 2 ICT.

There is a 3-month entry concession. So you should be ok.

As it is Tier 2, doesn't the employer need to write a letter saying their employment is still necessary? If they are unwilling to continue sponsoring, isn't that tantamount to their saying they are unwilling to do this?? Could this not be the actual probelm for the OP?

Company has already done my first extension. Just wondering if they will proceed with for the second time. Within whatever validity i have, need to get the ILR and then look out for other job options if possible.

Company might say that as your visa is expiring you will have to go back. Hence wanted to check if i fall in the qualifing period or not.

If am well within the entry concession term, can i go ahead and file for ILR 28 days before my VISA expires?
