FLR (o) is for discretionary leave - that doesn't apply to you.
You apply for FLR (m) again then ILR.

hi Amber
Appendix FM
"7.1.4. For those in paid employment at the date of application, current cash savings may be used to make up any deficit in the current gross annual income of that employment (and/or in the confirmed employment in the UK to which they are returning, in the case of overseas sponsors), in order to meet the financial requirement.
currently I am working 20 hours per week for a company permanently from 10 years , am I come under salary or non salary income category , will I fit in the paid employment and show current cash saving instead for 6 months before the application .
thanks in advance

Hi

1.......... I'm working as a full time worker but my wife is not working, she is claiming child benefit and tax credit in which our names are on the form, the payment goes into her account, will claiming working tax credit affect a spouse visa?

2..........I'm to apply for my second spouse visa next year, we both have a daughter, born here in UK and I'm under spouse visa, When apply for my spouse visa extension do I need to prove that I'm earning more £18660, that's for both me and my daughter or should i prove just for myself.

3..........the process for applying for the spouse visa is it the same for applying for the extension of spouse visa or is their any changes.

1...will claiming working tax credit result to recourse to Public Funds??
2...If I'm to claim it will it be in our name or hers and also will the payment be paid into her account??

Thanks

As long as it is a joint claim and they are aware of your immigration status that's fine

2..........I'm to apply for my second spouse visa next year, we both have a daughter, born here in UK and I'm under spouse visa, When apply for my spouse visa extension do I need to prove that I'm earning more £18660, that's for both me and my daughter or should i prove just for myself.

Just for yourself as your daughter will have citizenship via her mother.

3..........the process for applying for the spouse visa is it the same for applying for the extension of spouse visa or is their any changes.

Process is somewhat the same re: documents, but you will receive a BRP rather than a visa in your passport and you can opt to have a same day appointment.

2...If I'm to claim it will it be in our name or hers and also will the payment be paid into her account??

No they will assess your claim accordingly as long as your info is accurate. The claim will be in both names and you can decide which account it is paid into.

Thanks

The funds you and your wife would be able to claim is tax credits and that must be a joint claim. You cannot claim alone because you are married and living together.
