200K OUT SIDE UK APPLICATION - OPINION ON FEW POINTS

Post by MTZ510 » Thu Jul 18, 2013 6:40 pm

Hi,

Applied two weeks back 200K as an entrepreneurial team.

Funds in Joint Account of both team members.

Submitted two sets of original and two sets of photo copies

Bank Statement - has names of both team members but address is of one member.

Bank Letter - Has names of both team members and their citizenship numbers. (no address on bank letter)

Bank Letter - Confirms that funds are transferable to UK and are fully accessible to team members, it also mentions that the bank is regulated by FSA.

Submitted two original affidavits signed by each member and notarized by notary public mentioning that funds in joint account are meant for entrepreneurial team and each member has full access to the funds and funds will be invested in UK.

Submitted two original letters from advocate of high court that both the affidavits were signed by the team members in his presence.

Submitted separate original banks statements with bank letters for maintenance funds requirements.

Maintenance funds include the required amount for dependents although dependents application is not submitted.

Submitted IELTS for English language points.

Submitted two sets of Business plans including brief profiles of both team members.

Submitted original Educational documents and other family related documents.

Need opinion did i missed anything? i have some doubts as the bank statement do not mention address of other team member as the bank system only prints address of one account holder.

Thanks

Also submitted :

TB Certification from IOM
Hand written Form Appendix - 3
Print of Online Form

I have applied in July and have heard that there is some change in forms, i have printed the forms in June so i believe that the ones submitted are old forms.

Business Plan / Documents Required

Post by ahmedfaris » Wed Jul 24, 2013 12:37 pm

Hi,

Anybody have a Draft for a business plan ? How many pages or words should the business plan be ?

I'm willing to pay for a Business Plan if anybody interested/have previous experience preparing one!

I'm planning to apply in September and would like to keep all documents in Order well in advance.

-Bank Statement & Letter for fund maintenace (6 Months / £3,100)
-Separate Bank Statement for showing investment of £200,000
-Bank Statement of Companny (Recent Transactions)
-Bachelors Degree from a UK accredited University
-Company Directorship Letter
-Business Plan

Any advice as to what other documents I need to have prior to my application ? Don't want to miss out on any crucial document during Submission of my application.

Forum members Advice would be much appreciated :)

Kind Regards,
Ahmed Faris

Assuming that you are applying from UK and already have a business, you can easily prepare business plan mentioning your business activities and financial projections. And if you can't do it then you can always ask your accountant to prepare one for you.
Preparing a business plan is no science its just simple writeup mentioning how you inend to run your business and what are your financial forecasts. Saw a post on this forum that the guy got the visa by submitting business plan of 3 pages. Believe me if you sound convincing in 3 pages that will be fine rather than submitting 400 pages b-plan. Heard from one guy that his application was refused although he submitted business plan including market report of around 250 pages.

Best of luck

Appreciate your comment on my last post..
I am in the UK at present and have a business set up in London at the moment.

However, I will be applying for the visa from outside the UK (Dubai,U.A.E to be specific)

Although the company is already registered, it is still relatively new and was registered just 7 months ago, so I don't have an accountant or any other employees employed at present.

Any advice on whom I can approach for a Good Business Report, regardless of length/short or long ?

Please advise!

Regards,
Faris
