Date to apply for ILR

Dear Friends

I arrived UK 9th of January 2013 on work permit and want to know the exact DATE when I can apply for my ILR.

Her visa is valid and expires only as per the information stated in her visa. If her visa is valid then she continues to hold it.

Yes. The dependent visa is linked to your visa. If your visa ceases, so does theirs!

If you get a new Tier 2, they need to as well.
