ILR and travelling

Post by Alle » Tue Jul 23, 2013 12:30 pm

Hi,

I currently hold ILR status to live in the UK. Obtaine via Tier 1,
I was employed through out and am now put at risk of losing my job in a month's time.

Q1
My question is, Can I travel when I'm unemployed and would there be any difficulties when re entering the UK by the UKBA staff as they usually question our current occupation?

Q2
Are there any conditions that suggest my ILR could be put at risk if I don't find a job within a certain time period or by simply being unemployed?

I'm querying this because I'm intending for a family visit to France around september

Thanks
Alle
