How many more people got out of court settlement option beside me and abu. As i was reading article yest regarding about an appeal that HO intentionally withdrawing appeal at the hearing date and then taking case into reconsideration. I am exhausted

Hi Adi786,

As you all know that i have sent my Passport etc since 5th October and waiting for my decision, now its more than 2 months no reply from HO:(

Is anyone have same situation after taking JR back and waiting more than 2 months ???

Anyone can comment how long HO will take more and is it true cases from JR are looking senior staff in HO etc ???

Court had given time till 23rd Dec to settle case. But I havent heard anything back from HO.

JR Applied : 10th June 2013

They asked for 4 extension.

They asked me to consider case and reach decision within 3 months
which we didnt accept

Court gave time till Monday, let us see what happens !!!

I honestly dont understand attitude of TSOL, when i tried to contact them, almost bit my head off, it doesnt cost you anything to be bit polite now and then !!!!
