@ Adi786, congratulations. You fought HO and won and I hope your case will give relief to others to be patience and fight it out with the careless HO who only think about the application fee and nothing else.

It might be better sometimes to just fight it out with them rather than making further applications which is very uncertain and might even lead back to appeal or JR.

Congratulation once again and wishing you the best of luck in your business.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

@Adi

Now would you consider getting all your money back from HO?
I believe you have carefully accumulated all your receipts which you have spent so far !!!!
Of course after you take your time celebrating your recent win.

thanks adi

i read all your story today. Its been only a few days that i have applied for JR. i think if i assume from your case i will get my visa in nov or dec. long time to wait as i already waiting for one and half year as i applied in aug 2012. But lets see i wil fight not give up. I have alot pressue from back home but i will bear that pressure. my refusals are third party contact details are not in letter and my name is not in third party statement.

I want to thank you all who is sharing their experience which helping new JR applicant. wish all of u best of luck.

I think so HO will require new english certificate from u.
Coz my frnd had applied tier 4 visa in past.He submitted his toeic certificate wd application.
After that he wrote a leter to HO about this toeic certificate coz it has been suspended.HO wrote a letter to him that he needs to take new exam n send new certificate to them. Then they will process his application.

SO best way is this
Book ur new test n send booking proof to HO and inform them that u r going to take new exam.

check with your solicitor as letter goes there if you used solicitor. also there is no need to worry it will take almost 4 -5 months that your case will proceed. as alot of applications being refused and most of people going for JR.

An update about my case.

Today my team member received a letter from Case Worker.
He required his passport.
Our Case Worker is such a faggot and an idiot.
Why he doesnt demand all things in one place?
Still waiting since dec 2012.i am tired now. :( :( :( :(

My application is on the ground of family life as my partner is british. On there refusal the ho accept we have a sustainable relationship and my partner she work full time and has her own house . On there reply they have just say to sustain our relationship she needs to come with me and live in my country . They haven't even bother to check her life history her close relationship with her mum and dad, grand parents and her own job as a nurse which she been doing for the last 9 years

I was refused last year on the basis that my british spouse of six years can live in albania. This is just not possible for her and why is it that her rights are being completely ignored. The JR app was placed on 14th Jan but still heard nothing from the Court

Our refusal reasons were same as we applied with third parties from abroad.
Refusal reasons were
1st... .Contact details of third parties were not on the Bank letters.
2nd....Bank didnt mention that this Bank is under regulated body of pakistan.

applied 12 Dec 2012 (tier4 to tier1 Entr 200k)
Refused 25 April 2013
PAP sent 18 july 2013
JR submited 22 july 2013 ( team member same date)
HO requested 3 extensions of 21 days
HO agreed to reconsider my case 16 October 2013
Letter sent to TSOL that my team member has same refusal reason, thats why u should agree to reconsider his case aswell.
HO agreed to reconsider my team member's application as well in November 2013.
HO requested my passport Jan 2014.
HO requested Bank letters 07 Feb 2014 (provided 18th feb)
HO verified these letters from Pak 26 feb 2014.
HO requested my team member's passport on 21 Mar 2014 ( sent same day)
BRP received Today.waiting for our passports now.
Thats the whole story.

@ adilzia

Thanks adil , your information is really helpful. My refusals are also same. Did UKBA asked again for bank statement or only the letters from bank with contact details of third party. Also are your funds still available in pakistan account as its been long time. As my case is exactly same to your case. thanks alot yar for your help and reply. A big relief for me.

THey asked us for just bank letters in correct format. When we provided them these letters. Then after some days they verified these letters n some more info about balances from pakistan(head office).
