Post by raheelmulla » Thu Jul 25, 2013 2:08 am

Basically my father is Portugal nationality he enter uk before 10 years and now he is retired. And me & my mum is indian nationality we enter United Kingdom as a family member of EEA NATIONAL. Me and my mother has been already granted indefinite leave to remain before 3 years.

Now my question is We(father, mother and me) want to apply for british naturalisation and I have already fill the form but I am confused weather we all have to fill the EEA nationals exercising EC Treaty Rights section as well or not.

Have you all actually got a PR Confirmation sticker (in your passport/paper/blue wallet) following EEA3/4 application?

If you do, you can skip this section.
