Hi! Guys

A question for a friend of mine (or myself if my application is refused this time); what if someone has a Degree taught in English, in a non English speaking country? like someone in France or Germany that has a Degree in English arts? would this person be exempt from the English test after October?

They should be ok, so long as it is comparable to an English degree as per NARIC.

It's a 5 year degree (one year longer than here) and she had it assessed by an American institution when she moved to America over 10 years ago; it was the equivalent to an American Bachelor's Degree in Language Arts.
