ILR on 10 years while Tier 1 has refused

Post by SHETTY » Mon Jul 29, 2013 2:40 am

HI,, My name is sunail. I am quite new in this forum. I highly appreciate the valuable information people share on this forum. I need some guidance regarding my ILR application on 10 years basis which is due in September this year. But my most recent application Tier 1 ( entrepreneur) has been refused by the UKBA last month, and now I have appealed to the tribunal against that refusal. There is no solid reason on the basis of which my application was refused. They are not satisfied from the advertisement I made to promote my business. The appeal is in the court now, But in the meantime My 10 years period as legal resident in the UK is completed this september. I want to put up my new application. Can I put my new Application in september when my 10 years period will complete, if so what about the appeal that I filed in the tribunal. Should I need to withdraw my appeal or what??? I need some one advise..... thanks
