criminality threshold for ILR

I have the below convictions

1. on 01-10-2012 - my vehicle was unlicensed [Road tax has expired] and £340.50 fine.

2. on 31-10-2012 - motor vehicle without third party insurance - 6 points to driving license and £700 fine.

I come under point (iv), so I need to wait till 01-Nov-2014

or whether these convictions doesn't come under criminal record?

Then the general grounds for refusal would be 24 months from the conviction. You should do a SAR to see what is recorded on the PNC

Which Police forces I need to choose to get the details about my Subject Access? I can see the below 3 relevant options as conviction was done in East London court [Bow church], where the police caught me at Ilford [London]
