Why are you sure that FLR(M) isn't okay?

Saying a rail fare is very sketchy. 1. Did she go to court? 2. When did she receive the fine?

Flr(m) would be correct to extend if she is on a spouse visa (not PBS dep), however, more details on the 'rail fare' are required.

Rail fare incident-got a court fine for 'miscellaneous byelaw' for unintentionally using my staff pass on tube.

Maybe it is FLR M but she used that to originally apply so thought extension was something different

Someone once mentioned FLR O?

Flr(m) is correct, when did she receive the court fine? Who actually issued the fine, did she go to court, did the inspector give the ticket or did the court send the summons in the post?

She got a court summons. Pleaded guilty by post. Then got a £215 fine plus costs. The fine was from magistrates court for a 'miscellaneous railway byelaw'

She'll have to extend and should be able to apply for ILR from November 2014 subject to rule changes.

Great thanks for this. Just one final question

Why Nov 14? Is the conviction 'spent' after two yeard?
I thought was five years?
Thanks

The conviction will no longer be a general grounds for refusal after 24 months (2 years). The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 is not relevant.

Under the old rules, 3 months wage slips and corresponding wage slips should suffice.

Thanks. And section 12c we need to provide evidence of living together too. Should all of these documents be originals?

My wife has applied for FLR (M) today and i've had to submit my passport too.
Anyone know how long they will keep my passport, is it kept for the duration of the process/decision making or do they send it back quicker?

I will need it to travel for work.
Is it possible to request it back without affecting the application?

Thanks

If you knew you needed your passport you should have 1. Applied via PEO or 2. Had your passport copied by a notary public or solicitor. Expect the application to take up to 6 months.

As the sponsor, you can request the return of your passport without the application being withdrawn. The estimated time is 20 days.

Well spotted Casa I thought he was talking about his wife's passport, the applicant, perhaps I was getting carried away  Though I'm still at a loss why he'd send it knowing he needed to travel urgently :?
