Received my approval / invitation letter today. Need to call the council within 21 days. When called, it's an automated service saying a letter will be sent out by the council for the ceremony date.

However UKBA kept my special delivery envelope for personal use (may be trying to cover up printer charges) and send me the documents in their normal envelope which was almost unable to hold 2 passports and other documents.. Cant understand why they didnt use the Special Delivery Envelope I provided and where is that ?
