No, but make sure you supply the correct evidence.ridewithme wrote:Thank You so much for the prompt reply D4109125.
Also except the SET(M) form, no other forms are needed to be filled for ILR through partner application ??
Sort out the cohabitation documents as follows:ridewithme wrote:Well we have,
Gas Bill (last 6 months),
Electricity Bill (Last 6 months),
P60 s....last year and dis year
Payslips (Both of us) for the last 2 years
Joint Bank statements for the last 2 years
Letter from GP confirming my husbands registration
Letter from HM Revenue and Customs confirming my husbands N.I. Number and also TAX code confirmation letters for each one of us.
My Driving Licence and his Provisional Licence
Marriage Cert.
LITUK Pass Cert.
Is that enough or we would need more.
They'll take everything, but I would put them in the order they are asked on the form. You should provide photocopies also.ridewithme wrote:Hey Amber......Thanks a lot......As you said, we will submitt only last 3 months wage slips and bank statements for financials and chuck in the Feb 13 bank statement for Co-Hab........
Also do we need to make like seprate bunches/files say like Co-Hab , Financial etc. or do they just take all the paperwork as a whole.
Thanks a lot.
