ILR application on September- BRP card name change not updat

I just wonder is there is anyone who can help me. I am the main applicant in Tier 1 General visa and I got married and used my husband name and received the new passport under my husband surname. I filled and send the change of circumstances form to Home office ( Last year) and received the letter confirming they update my details. Didn't know that I have to change the BRP card. therefore, I didn't change the BRP card and it still has my maiden name.

I will apply for my ILR on September and don't have time to change details. Is it going to effect for my application?? Did anyone had the same problem that I had ?? Please help...
