Hi Vinny,

I have another option in my mind - apply visa for my wife as Partner of a British citizen or settled person and then apply visitor visa for baby?
Do you think is that feasible, please advise...

Given the earlier refusal, they may prefer for mother and child to apply for the same leave. It may be more straight forward to register the child as a British citizen, etc.
