Thanks vinny,

Does that mean my daughter won't be able to apply for ILR now?

Re: Long Residence ILR applied, category to apply for Depend

Hi All, I applied for ILR on the basis of 10 years route, last leave was PBS Tier1 general expiring on 7th Feb 2015. I am waiting for ILR decision in few months time. My wife who joined me on 11th Feb 2012 as a dependent under Tier1 general and has the same current leave until 7th Feb 2015( same as mine).
1- If i get my ILR in few months time, can i apply for my wife ILR directly, as she has been with me in the UK ( no travel abroad) for more than two years. OR would i need to apply for some kind of FLR before applying for ILR.

2- Which forms will be appropriate for the above purpose.

3- If she had to apply for FLR first, how long this should be granted for? if this is granted for say two years, we will utilise this time to manage our finances.

4- How much would be the maintenance amount for FLR application for me and my wife ( and for my son, if applicable at all)
5- I have a baby born in the UK in May 2013, and we will apply for his UK registration as soon as i get my ILR. WOuld i need to show maintenance amount for my baby whilst applying for my wife's FLR or ILR. If yes, how much?

Looking for your responses eagerly.
Regards to all.
