Continuous lawful 5 years, yes or no?

Post by db_23 » Sat Aug 10, 2013 3:01 pm

Hi,
I will be applying for my ILR very soon on the basis of WP + Tier 1(G). I am applying 2 weeks before I complete full 5 years and I have a question regarding the SET(O) form.

Section 9 D1 states
Please confirm whether you have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the United Kingdom:
Should I tick as YES for this above question?
At 7.11 - How long have you lived in UK, I have put 4 years 11 months

Thank You
