HELP Need NOC Letters Templates

I am applying for a spouse visa for my wife and have done all the doc the remaining bit is:

- NOC from owner
- NOC from dad who rents the place
- Covering letter
- sponsor letter

If there is any other letters to be included to do inform me

Can please someone send me a draft or template on how this letters are made and I need to get the documents submitted in a week
