Post by smir » Mon Aug 12, 2013 3:33 pm

HI ..

HELP AND GUIDANCE NEEDED FROM ..EXPERTS AND GURUS..

IN MARCH 2014 I WILL COMPLETE LEGAL 9 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS STAY IN THE UK.

MY 10 YEARS LEGAL STAY WILL FINISH IN DEC 2014, IF I AM ABLE TO EXTEND MY VISA FROM MARCH 2014 TILL DEC 2014.

I AM WITH MY WIFE WHO IS MY DEPENDENT, AND HAVE 1 MONTH BABY GIRL WHO IS BORN IN UK AND BOTH ARE WITH ME.

CAN I APPLY IN MARCH 2014 ON HUMANITARIAN BASIS FOR ILR ?

EVEN IF I APPLY IN MARCH 2014, AND THEY DONT DECIDE TILL DEC 2014, THEN CAN I APPLY FRESH APPLICATION IN DEC 2014 FOR ILR ?

WILL THEY ACCEPT MY APPLICATION ?

SHOULD I APPLY FOR MY BABY GIRL INDIAN PASSPORT OR SHOULD I WAITH FOR MY ILR, AND THEN APPLY FOR HER BRITISH PASSPORT ?

HELP AND GUIDANCE NEEDED PLEASE..

The below are my opinions.

Why not wait for the few remaining months before applying for ILR instead of making things more complicated for yourself and also consider the cost of making these applications.

As for your baby, you many need to wait to get an ILR before applying for her citizenship.

If you apply to extend your stay you can vary the application to ILR (paying any fee difference) before a decision is made. 9 months is a long time though, to try a extend and vary.

THANKS GAZILION..
BROTHER..

WELL WAS THINKING LIKE THAT BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL.. IF APPLY ENTREPRENEUR OR STUDENT .. TOO MUCH MONEY NEEDED..

OK EVEN IF I APPLY IN MARCH.. IS IT OK THAT CAN I APPLY FOR JUST MY SELF AND MY WIFE, AND NOT MY CHILD.. AND WAIT TILL MY ILR..??

WILL IT AFFECT MY APPLICATION ?

1. turn off cap lock
2. if you send your ilr application more than 28 days before you are eligible, it could be refused straight away
3. best try for some extension, even T1Ent. if you complete 9 years and 3 days before a decision is made, you are in a better position.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.
