Creation of employment / Settled worker

Appreciate some advice: Does providing employment to UK Permanent Residency holders qualify for award of points for creation of employment. Do PR holders qualify as settled workers?

What a bizarre comment! Of course those with ILR are settled in the UK. I suggest you only comment within your competence otherwise you will create confusion if those comments go uncorrected.
Settled

You are normally resident in the United Kingdom with no immigration restriction on the length of your stay. To be free of immigration restriction you must have the right of abode or indefinite leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom.

Lucapooka - yes you are right. I have just checked your link. Those with ILR will qualify for points.

"A person who is a national of the European Economic Area or is legally settled in the United Kingdom with permission to work here".

Going by this, ILR holder can be considered as a Settled worker , can this be correct ?
