Hi,
I had applied for ILR at Liverpool. I had been in Tier 2 ICT for 4+ years and then migrated to Tier 2 General. After 7 days joining the Tier 2 Company as i was eligible for ILR i had applied.
The visa officer asked me to apply again after i have my full month payslip with current employer (i.e) Tier 2 General employer.
I am going to apply again once i have my salary for this month.
My question is:
1. Is there anything else that i need to think of.
2. Since i have been refunded the money but have a case reference number is there anything else anyone think where they might hold my case when i apply for ILR next month?
