TB Certificate: Stamp/Sign on the Photo

Hi,

I am wondering if the photo that is put on the TB certificate needs to be stamped and/or signed by the hospital doctor who issues it.

I got the certificate done for my 6-month old son in Chennai, put they just stapled the photo on the certificate and it does not carry any signature or stamp across it. Has someone else made an application with such a certificate and had no objections raised?
