Workplacement Visa on Tier4

Is it allowed to do ( Paid ) Work Placement in Tier 4 visa of highly trusted college if there is permission of workplacement on it ? On Uni and public funded colleges it is allowed to do paid work placement,

but is it also allowed for private sector colleges if the visa has the permission of work placement ? Please clearify

You can only do work arrange by college/sponsor and work should be necessary / part of your course. Rest, ask you college if having HTS. Also, work can be paid or unpaid.
