• my friend got decision today but judge create some confusion in judgment.
  Case tier4 to tier1 cat 200k
  Judgment as bellow in 3 points.
  1. The appellant has been able to discharge the burden of proof upon him to the standard required.
  2. I find the decision of respondent was not accordance with the law and the relevant immigration rules.
  3. The appeal is allowed to the limited extent set out in paragraph.
  No anonymity direction made.
  
  At the end mention as I allowed appeal and fee awarded to appellant.
