Ancestry for Father in law?

Post by mrgs1 » Sun Aug 18, 2013 9:35 am

My Father in law Grandparent was born in South Africa in 1895 when under I think British rule so would she have been a British citizen of some degree? He wants to maybe take Ancestry route if possible but it could be a long shot ,any thoughts anyone thank you..

See Ancestry Visa (click) and where the grandparent must have been born, I think the grandparent would have been a British subject unless his parents were British etc...
