I realise that UKBA (and VFS India) have started to use the "new" DX courier service. Can I just add my opinion that how awful this move is!!
If they miss the delivery then they send you a letter in post (WTF). Which means that you have to wait for (poss.) 5 working days to get that letter and to know if they missed the delivery. What was wrong with leaving card at the delivery? How do we know if they even attempted the delivery?
We missed the delivery of the return documents so we decided to travel 15 miles to the DX depo. At which time we asked if you have the new UK passport so we collect it as well. They said no.
The very next day after calling UKBA we found out it was indeed with DX!!! so we had to make another 15 miles trip!!!.
What was wrong with Royal mail. UKBA should support public organisation like Royal mail. No wonder its going out of business.
Does anyone else think this is bad move.
