ILRGeneral wrote:Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has got ILR with absences more tan 180 days.
I have one year (penultimate year) with absences more than 180 days; I have taken care to split the leaves across years and after which one year still fails with the deviation by around 20 days or so.
I have been in UK since 2005 but had a break in work permit in the third year and could not apply for ILR in 2010.
So the 5 year clock again started in 2008 fag end but I now see that there is one year which still deviates on the 180 day absence rule. All these absences are work related and I was paying tax and NI for all these days as my salary was getting credited to UK bank account. Have proofs of NI, tax etc.
Has anyone got ILR with deviations to 180 days and with salaries being paid in UK during that time.
Thanks in advance.
