visa refusal after appeal

Hi experts,

ME AND FRIEND GOT A DIFFERENT hearing dates , can we appeal together?. If, how much we have a winning chance? and our both visas are expired. If we rejected in appeal! is there any other visa we can apply?

please advice me.
