I'm on a tier 2 (company sponsored) visa at the moment and it expires June 2015. I am planning to start a business and will be buying a retail shop here in London as well but won't be managing it during my contractual working hours. Will hire people to work there but outside of my contractual working hours I will go there to see how it is going and all.
Questions I have are:
1. Can I register a company here in UK and start a business?
2. My contractual hours are: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm. Will it be okay if I work at my new shop as a Director on weekends and between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on weekdays?
If possible, it will really help if you can post a link of UKBA confirming the same while giving me a reply so I am certain
