Tier 2 ICT Long Term dependent Infant Visa

Hi,

I got valid Tier 2 ICT Long term Visa valid for another year. I want to apply for My new born baby who is 2 months old.

My wife already got dependent Tier 2 visa. Now new born need the visa..

Please can you advise the documents required for my infant visa?

1. Letter from my company about my employment and my Visa..(My passport and Visa copy)
2. My visa copy..
3. 3 months bank statements.
4. Infant passport.
5. Infant Date of birth certificate.
6. Infant TB certificate.

I would be applying from chennai, India. Please advise if infant need to be present during application submission. Or myself will do.
