Just because there is a reduced capital concession for psw migrants does mean a psw migrant is limited or restricted to that route. You can apply under the normal t1 (ent) rules from either inside or outside the UK if you wish.

Overseas bank statements are not accepted. It would have to a letter in the prescribed format. Please read the policy guidance for more details on this.

Only the level 4 business will be considered for the visa and you must fulfill all the requirements for that when you come to extend (investment and employment) but, aside from this, there is nothing to stop you having other types of businesses in any other capacity - it's just that they will not be included in any of your dealings with the UKBA. Guys working for those entities will not be covered by the employment creation points.

Thanks for reply. Mean on PSW route 50k I can be director on one graduate level business and can be director on any low level business ( takeaway frenchise , Heath care agency) . I will maintain graduate level business for visa . Low level business I will keep for only earning. Please let me know if any problem. Thanks

These are questions for your accountant and are not relevant to immigration.

PSW Holders switching to £50K route of Tier 1 Entrepreneur must make sure that their business is GRADUATE LEVEL Business (NQF Level 4 or above).
They must also make sure that they run that business throughout their required duration of visa time to qualify for extension.
There is no restriction in opening other companies of any kind or level, however UKBA would only be concerned about 2 things during your extension.
a) £50K invested?
b) min 2 jobs created/min 365 days
(this is the company you applied with initially for your Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa)
