Czech without permanent residency - Evidence of settlement

Hi

I suppose I am not alone who does not have permanent residency and ask for British citizenship

What do you think is
Confirmation of payslips? I have for last 6 years my payslips and P60 but what they mean by confirmation

Evidence of five years continuous residence in the UK?
I could ask bank for confirmation my statements?
I don't have an agreement with my landlord, I pay him and I do not pay gas, electricity.

2.6 I am not sure about date if I am exercising treaty.
I was here from 05.01.2005 I had registration, after year I asked for registration card.

Proof of residency can be a passport for the period you have been in the UK.

Yes I registered, there is not issue. Even I have a card for residence.
I am not sure about passport is enough I do not have a permanent residence. Please see copy below.


They write that to have permanent residence is not compulsory but that

mandatory, failure to submit one may lead to delays in reaching a decision on your application. If you do not provide a document
certifying permanent residence or a permanent residence card then you must provide the following for consideration:
• Evidence of exercising Treaty Rights for 5 years for the relevant EEA national. This may include:
o Confirmation of tax payment for individuals who are self-employed / business person
o Confirmation of payslips/P60 for workerso Confirmation of enrolment and attendance of an accredited course for Students
o Evidence of funds and comprehensive sickness insurance for self sufficient persons and students
o Evidence of state pension (not occupational pension) for retired person.
o Medical report if permanently incapacitated
• Evidence of five years continuous residence in the UK
• If applying as the direct family member of an EEA national, evidence of relationship to that EEA national.

WRS, P60s and passport (and life in the UK) should be enough. If they need more (unlikely), they will write to you and it wont delay the application by more than several weeks.

Are you aware that by becoming British, you will not be able to use the EU immigration route in future and will be subject to the (more restrict) UK immigration rules in case you would like to bring to the UK (non EU) family members?

This is all one part. You will not be able to use the EEA immigration route to bring family over. For yourself, it won't matter (as you will be British you don't need permission to live in the UK) but if you would like to bring over a family member (or a partner for example) you will be subject to the more strict UK immigration rules.
