hi my friend got ILR on 2nd September 2012. So in section 2 What he should write date and place of first arrival????? is he can write their 2nd september 2008. as his five year start from this date? is that ok

Please reply ASAP as he got appointment next week thannks

No. He needs to write down the actual date and port when he landed in UK.
