what I am thinking that the case worker just take into account my previous leave but didnt bother to check if i was inder previous rules and made a decision.

I am also surprised that they didnt ask me even about form as i did send ILR application and they just gave me further leave instead of sending me back the application by refusing that i choose wrong form then i have chance to explain them why i am eligible.

do you agree?

sorry i put the wrong expiry
i just mixed uo with dates
the expiry was in Jan 2013

The expiry was in Jan and you applied in May or Jan? I thought I was going. Then after all this, you should ask for a reconsideration but be wary of the subsisting relationship issue. If the caseworker had put you under the new rules, well you didn't have the specified evidence and the leave would have been granted for 30 months.

Have you got a LIUK test or ESOL with citizenship?

i havent seen my bio metric but i believe it is 30 months

I think the best bet may be moving back in with the family and work on making it a happy family.
